At Moscato Ristorante, you will find the food and service in this restaurant to be warm, comfortable and outstanding. We strive to provide a casual, yet professional, dining atmosphere where you can celebrate a momentous occasion or simply come and relax. Located in Scarsdale, NY, we offer “Al Fresco Dining,” gourmet dinners and catering for private functions.
When you walk into Moscato our managers and staff will welcome you and make you feel like part of our family so you can enjoy our authentic Mediterranean cuisine, and relish on dishes like Pollo al Barolo and homemade Gnocchi. We are proud to say that all of our desserts and fresh breads are homemade on premises.
The name of Moscato was derived from the muscat family of grapes of the species Vitis vinifera. They can range in color from white to almost black, but they almost always have a pronounced sweet floral aroma. The breadth and number of varieties of moscato suggest that it is very old, perhaps the oldest domesticated grape variety. Muscat (Moscato) grows throughout Italy in various forms. In dessert form it is either passito or fortified, but it also appears in sparkling wines (spumante).
If you are looking for great Mediterranean cuisine in an intimate and inviting setting, we invite you to visit us at Moscato!
